TRADOL® solution is supplied in two presentations: a dropper bottle and a dispenser bottle (dosing pump).
Route of administration: Oral for both presentations. TRADOL® solution should be taken with a little liquid or sugar, with or without food.
TRADOL® oral drops in 100 mg/mL solution in a dropper bottle:
Dose: The dose should be adapted to the intensity of the pain and the sensitivity of each patient. In general, the lowest effective dose for analgesia should be chosen. The total daily dose of 400 mg of tramadol hydrochloride should not be exceeded, except in special clinical circumstances.
Unless otherwise prescribed, TRADOL® should be administered as follows:
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 50-100 mg of tramadol hydrochloride every 4-6 hours.
